At Noor Cleaning Services, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process:

    • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  3. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at returns@noor-cleaning.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
